Dr. Sergei Korchnoi is a neuro-chemical scientist working in the Ministry of Obsessions and Desires (MoOD) in Moscow. His research into making a love gun has come to the attention of the Soviet military leadership, who want to weaponize his invention. He is a happy-go-lucky guy at heart, not bent on world domination – but if he does not deliver he knows the future of his posterior will be freezing in Siberia. If he wants the chance to retire in peace, he must find a way to make love not war.
